The truck and equipment that I ordered one week prior to pick up date were not available when I arrived to pick them up. I ordered a 20' truck: Not available. I ordered a furniture dolly: Not available. I ordered an appliance hand truck: Not available. I am 63 years old and was moving myself by myself and knew what I would need to hopefully be successful. I received nothing that I ordered. To make matters continue to be a uhaul nightmare. I returned the vehicle to the destination that I said I was returning it to on the following day after getting it. I received messages stating that the truck had not been returned. I in turn wrote not so very nice messages indicating my absolute displeasure and utter frustration with uhaul. And that I would never use this company again. And that I would tell as many people as possible about my nightmare uhaul experience. There is not a rating low enough for me to grade uhaul.

Michael HThe problems were with the corporate setup and inability to download pics of trailer as requested. I had to make a few call to the U haul center for clarification and correct timing for my reservation and length of rental. numerous emails to comply with corporate requests.

Michael MI don’t have any issue with the location. The proprietor was friendly. I looked at the rates on the website then called the next day to confirm availability and booked. It wasn’t disclosed to me that the mileage rate increased by 20cents/mile on Fridays. As a result it would have been cheaper to hire a delivery company and save the hassle of driving myself. U-Haul pricing has just gotten too expensive on weekends. Will look at other options in the future

Morris DThis is the only drop off in Washington. Therefore, I wouldn't have a choice but to recommend it. I was originally given a drop off in a different and closer city that apparently no longer participate with Uhaul. It was an ordeal just to drop off the freaking truck. I had to call several times!!!
