ANNA RLocation was good. No issues. Truck was in the back of the parking lot so had to walk back and forth a few times to complete the pick up. Self service seemed convenient for pick up and drop off. However it was a lot to have to do especially when you’re trying to quickly get the equipment and get moving. It took 15-20 minutes each time and that was not what I expected during the self service process.

NEIL FWould be nice if customer service included speaking to adults as such, not like a child or being condescending. Most of us have rented a truck or car before. If that's not the job you want, look for another one.

JUAN SHandi House is OVERPRICED on their car haulers. They have a we SUPPORT OUR TROOPS sign in the window, but doesn’t offer a military discount. Go figure.. I want frequent this establishment anymore. PRICE GOUGING AT IT’S BEST.
DARRELL BI asked for a dolly and never received one. The check tire light was on the whole time. I was not able to move my appliances so I basically just wasted 50 bucks and my day off. I am very upset. I will never use the self service option again as there was no help whatsoever when I called. This part is not on the actual location but when I called the 1800 number the man kept telling me there is nothing I can do I am in wilmington. Then told me that me and my disabled veteran father should just lift the stuff ourselves. This experience totally ruined my move and I need to be out of my apartment by the 30th. This was so disappointing.

Glenn SWe picked up the truck with a few issues and it was missing the equipment that we requested, however when we returned the truck both customer service on the phone and the lady at the front desk were very, very friendly and understanding and did not charge us for the missing equipment. Not the best truck but definitely the best service I’ve seen.
Thomas PRecommendation: Have full tanks of gas in vehicles when picked up. When I picked up the truck it had 7/8ths tanks of gas. UHAUL has left it up to the renter to make sure that the gas is filled to the same level when rented. As a business model this is showing to me that UHAUL doesn’t want to the responsibility of fueling trucks and pushes more to the renter who is already stressed with a move. Couple things: 1). Now a renter has to figure out how much gas/gal fills a specific truck to the level they need. 2). All rental car places rent cars at full tanks and require them to be filled back to a full tank. Solution: 1). UHAUL always has full fuel tanks in their trucks. 2). If a truck is dropped off and the tank is not full. ***UHAUL takes truck and fills it at an increased per gal rate (add this in the contract you sign). Bottom line: UHAUL or the rental branch could actually capitalize on this on many levels. 1). This would show an additional level of customer service 2). UHAUL or rental branch would make a few dollars more for an increased fuel cost if left under half a tank.

Andrew RI was charged for three days when rented the trailer Saturday morning 9am and I returned the trailer Sunday morning 9am back to the lot for a total of 24 hours per rental agreement. The lot was closed and there was no one to contact at the time.

Norman SWhen loading my car the guy had me load my car on a gravel decline, and scraped the bottom can needs fixing. He said german cars are known for that. If they would have given me a good traveler trailer that would not have happened also being on a decline doesn't help.

William PNot specific to the location , but the rental experience was not a good one. My reservation got swapped to a different location than I’d chosen because they didn’t have the van, and I was notified by text and voicemail. I get to the new location (inconvenient to my travel) and they don’t have the equipment either. There they called another location and sent me there. Already frustrated, it didn’t help that my online check in was null now that I was at a different location. So I had to do ID and everything again. At this point the mediocre customer service at both locations was not the worst part, I was irritated by the experience overall but I still needed the equipment so I proceeded and returned earlier than expected. Next time I’d rather change my equipment size and stay at the location chosen.

Wesley WWe arrived to drop of the trailer. I was told that I had to have someone with me physically lift the trailer with their hands to disconnect it from my truck because Uhaul did not have the machine to do so. Or drive all the way to another location. Pam was not helpful at all. She was only one there. So there wasn't really anything she could do I guess. It was up to me and my party to get the trailer detached. I also had to call back over 4 hours later to make sure they logged my drop off because I was not able to recieve conformation at the time of my drop off. When I called back my trailer had not been checked in and I was told that it was forgotten about and to call back in about an hour to check. Terrible experience after driving 16 hours on the road with a Uhaul trailer. All I wanted to do was drop my trailer off. But I had to do manual labor and sweat in my cute clothes. It's too hot outside for me and my party to be doing a job that I paid almost $1000 for someone else to do.
DELILIATTMAE DThe pick-up, (equipment condition), in PA cause me to leave negative comments concerning this rental. I am currently awaiting feedback from the company that address my concerns. Thank you.

Glenn SNever go back to this uhaul on skibo. You will be charged for things you wad not charged for in the beginning. They will not take responsibility for them being wrong. Don't deal with crooks. Took my money out of my bank account without talking to me. Will tell everyone I know not to use this company on skibo. Never had a problem with U haul until I came to tj8s location

Stanley HWhen picking up the uhaul, I accidentally clicked back before I found the truck and the key and there was no way to go back to find the information. I had to call uhaul to ask for help since there was no way to look at the information and the app assumed I had successfully picked up my truck. I would suggest adding a button that says I have picked up my truck successfully or something like that so the information doesn’t disappear if you accidentally click something else. Other than that it went very smoothly.

Terrance OWhen I walked in, the ladies did not greet me. I had done everything online to avoid having to waste time when I got there. However once I arrived and tried to check out I had to still go inside and do everything all over. Also she wrote out more gas was in the vehicle I took pics before leaving and upon returning. I was also wrote that I left out at 10am I didn't get my truck until around 1030. Now I was overcharged another 15.00 for refuel charge for 3 gallons which is incorrect. Also saw online where uhaul offers a military discount of up to 15% she kept telling me no they dont offer anything like that.
