Experience was unsatisfied. First truck had lights on dash (tow/haul). Website was not user friendly. Gentleman was not helpful, said it was his 2nd day, not knowledgeable at all!! Then he hung up on me. Left 3 messages for a return call about lights on.dash. Truck gas was only 1/2 full. Very disappointed with service and wouldn't reccomend service to ANYONE

The U-Haul had a foul smell the back of the truck was dirty and the hatch wasn’t properly working

Lisa MI did not receive my refund, and I brought my truck back in 2 hours and they put it for a later time then when I dropped it off. I put the gas in it, the tried to tell me I was supposed to put more. But I really did not even go far, I barely used 5$. I put 15 in and they refused to give me. My money.
