The drop off was on the weekend with no staff present but I called the number and someone answered and was very friendly and I ensured I had parked the trailer in the right place.

The lady charged us for 6 days at 1 way drop off. She told us that if it’s less than that the drop off location will credit the credit card on file. We only used the truck for 3 days and when I asked the drop off location lady to credit the card on file. She tried to tell me the extra charge was right for a 1 way drop off. I tried to explain to her it was double what the 3 days charge is. She told me we would have to call U Haul about that. It seems everyone passes the buck off to someone else and nobody wants to fix the problem. The truck itself was great but the people you have servicing your company are pitiful. My only complaint is not with the location. I had to drive 20 more miles to a pickup different from where I reserved and 2 hours later than my pick up was reserved for. U-Haul did upgrade the size of my truck and comp the miles. It threw off my schedule though. I had to change the time for my hired movers also so in the end it cost me.

Before suggesting the amount of miles used have a conversation with the customer about their plans. In addition, make sure the customer has an easy way to reach out too u-haul if they rent over the weekend and realize they are going to use more miles.

The only complaint is that I ordered a truck with a car trailer ahead of time and when I went to pick it up I had to go to two different places to get them they should’ve had it all at one place

Instructions poor. Looked for lock box on the truck & didn't see one. Happened to open the unlocked door and they were under the seat. Have communicated 3 times that the equipment I requested for rental was not in the truck, including the day of rental, yet I was still charged for three nonexistent equipment.

I had to wait around for someone to come I think the location’s definitely need live help if not a day that your closed or after hours but I still give my overall experience a 10 out of 10 because I needed a truck on Easter Sunday and mobile guided service made it happen

Was told that they would check the unit in and send me a confirmation email… After over 2 hours, I drove to the location that is about 2 blocks from my residence, and finally did a online check in as the Rep still had not done what she said she would do. This was supposed to be the attending manager???

I was late dropping off at this location. I called to ask about additional charges and I was told it would be $40. The next day I was charged $168. Lady who answered was also rude. I guess it's a requirement to work at a uhaul location.

Their system was down so they couldn’t give me a confirmation that my rental was completed. I haven’t received an email or phone call about getting my money back on the equipment not included in my reservation. The mobile drop off was hard to do because of the cold weather and rain. There was no covered area to park the truck to not be in the rain.

The facility did nor have any of the supplies I ordered for the move. I ordered a utility dolly, furniture dolly as well as regular dolly. Upon entering the truck the smell of marijuana was very over whelming. I told the agent and she came out to wipe the seats down but to MO PREVAIL!!! I as diagnoses with asthma and COPD. THIS REALLY TRIGGERED OFF MY ASTHMA. I AM YET RECOVERING FROM THIS FLARE😞

The truck had an exhaust leak and needed a muffler replaced. Was not taken to the truck for an inspection. The person just filled out the paperwork and told me it was the only 20 foot truck parked in the facility. That is why I did not refuse the truck due to the loud exhaust. Did not realize the fumes would come in the cab until after loading and traveling to destination.

Customer service was terrible. I was spoken to rudely and was NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY I OVER PAID for mileage. When I ask about it she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I've never had this issue before. The previous owners of the Wynne location were always sweet and professional.

After our first trailer broke with a bent axle and bad tires, we went to this location and unfortunately, the trailer they tried to rent me also had ruined tires with the rubber worn down and the steel belt clearly showing through the tire. Uhaul needs to do a much better job of maintaining their equipment. We ended up in Forrest City, and that Uhaul and your employees there were helpful and were able to get us a new trailer that was in proper working order
