This Uhaul location doesn't open Until 10am which was inconvenient especially when trying to load and drive in the daylight hours. 7AM open time in this type of business is more the norm. Overall disappointing experience at this location

RALPH ANGEL B.1 - Maintain trailers better - I had to fix a taillight that fell out of it's socket. It has been taped in place. 2 - Longer light wiring on some trailers. The nice people supplied an extension, but it should be permanently attached. 3 - Your "waiver", as explained to me, means that; if a tire/wheel comes off your trailer and caused an accident, then, I am responsible. Get real ! Maintain YOUR equipment, and a "waiver" won't be necessary. Because of this, You have lost ANOTHER (very vocal) customer ! ! !

Scott S.I had a reservation to pick up truck in Winnemucca Nevada. Thank goodness I checked in early and was told their contract was not renewed so I could not rent. No one bothered to contact me to alert me to this. This failure to communicate on the part of U-haul created quite the crisis for me. The dealer in Battle Mountain saved the day by arranging for me to pick up there over an hour away. Because of the emergency they were able to quickly secure a truck which explains why it was not cleaned and they were not aware that the truck pulled to the right and the left tail light was out on the trailer. I was stopped by an officer in Oregon. Thank goodness he was friendly and professional and i did not get a ticket. While U-haul did give me a discount for the extra time and trouble I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication on the front end about not being able to pick up the equipment in Winnemucca that i had a reservation for.
