While renting the trailer, the UHaul database wouldn’t allow the vendor to select “tractor” as the item being loaded. A “reservation” was submitted, but didn’t go through, so I had to go back the next day and redo the application. Upon getting the trailer, the link that allows pictures and location didn’t function properly, so I was unable to complete the process to protect myself from any damage claims. After using the trailer, I went to the UHaul site that was agreed upon by the “site” as my drop off, only to be confronted with an irate employee, who was upset at UHaul because they had no room to store the trailer, and told me I may need to take it elsewhere, up to 45 miles away! I told the vendor I was unhooking the trailer at their site, that their argument wasn’t with me, but UHaul.. very stressful and unnecessary. I wouldn’t recommend UHaul at this time, unless changes were made for customer service. Very disappointed.

I tried returning the trailer and the two girls didn't seem to know how to help me with that. One woman made me scan a QR Code and finish questions that she was supposed to be doing. The other girl was extremely rude and disrespectful to me for doing what they asked me to do. I've never been treated this poorly for trying to return something I rented.

Jonathan HI would recommend this location because it is the only one in town, but I wasn’t pleased with the service. I made a reservation online for 2 days but when I showed up I asked if I could change it to 1 day and they did, but I was charged the price I was supposed to pay for 2 days and when I asked why they said it was just their price. Then I had to attach the trailer myself, no one went out to help me. I had to do it with my 10 year old and 9 year old helping me.
