Find new location. The guy was creepy & told me it wasn't safe leaving my car there. Plus the uhaul was filthy dirty! I will never go there again!!!

Person at this location was very rude to my new driver and myself on the phone. Didn't speak very good English and was yelling that he needed verification of a phone number that made the reservation. Which was mine and I was on the phone with the driver who was there to pick this up and who's name the reservation was in. Not pleased at all with this rental. Karen Kremmin (Fortune Transportation)

Reservation was moved. Location was gross. Reservation had my daughter (underage) listed as a driver instead of alternate contact. Not my error. Link texted to me but never received. Paid in advance but asked for a different card to swipe. Have no idea if I was charged twice yet. Owner was rude to employee who was doing her best. Truck was not ready. Equipment not in truck and ultimately not available. Given wrong key. Employee tried but was not properly trained. Move was delayed 1+ hour because of issues.

Location left the wrong key in the box. I was scheduled to pick up a 26’ truck at 6am, using a code to access the key in a lock box. When I opened the box the only key was for a very small truck, that I did not have reserved. This delayed my schedule by more than three hours, as I had to wait until the location opened at 9. This was extremely frustrating and expensive since I had paid people to help me move.

The truck I reserved wasn't available. Uhaul reserved a larger truck, when I got to this location they said they didn't even have the keys to that truck. Not only did I need to make multiple trips because of the smaller truck size but I was also charged for the bigger truck.

The truck hadn’t been cleaned and was filthy in the back. The key was not in the lock box. The owner was late to opening his store, was very unorganized, and couldn’t find the key until he looked at the return box from yesterday. I also did not get my two furniture dolly’s that I had reserved. The people I worked with on the phone from U-HAUL were amazing. The location I rented from- will not do business with again.

For some reason the drop off place did not have my information that I was dropping the truck off there. He had to call you all to find out what was going on. Even though it was clearly stated on my paperwork that was where I was to drop it off. It was in a convenience store and he had to wait on other customers in between. Which was understandable. But it did take longer than what I thought it was

There was trash and possible narcotic pills inside the truck. Didn't have gas in it when I left but they forced me to put more gas in it by charging my card for $128! Will NOT recommend and will NOT use U-Haul EVER again from a third party source!

It just seemed like the person didn’t really know what they were doing. I understand that it’s a convenience store, so they probably don’t do uhaul very often, but it was frustrating.

Why would he want to call 2 of my contacts to verify it was me. I have plenty of identification, this seemed so dumb. I’ve been a U haul customer for years. I I am giving home phone numbers of course they know me. Made me feel uncomfortable. I’m not happy

Took a long time to check out due 1 clerk working the convenience store and trying to check me out. Only had 6 of the reserved 12 blankets. Windshield was heavily bug splattered. Truck was otherwise fine. Clerk was polite and apologized for the delay and blankets.

The gentleman who was working was FAR more focused on running his store instead of trying to rent UHAULS. He also had no idea how to use the system for rentals. The process was far to complicated and extremely time consuming. Would not recommend this location to a friend or rent from here again. UHAUL you can do better.

Auto check-in was not easy this time. Apparently the C-store doesn't have great wifi and the lag time was way more than it should have been. Also, billed for 6 gallons of gas when the unit was filled back to where it was when taken. We only used 12 miles and were charged for 6 gallons of gas PLUS what we already filled it back with.

The guy who I picked up the uhaul from was absolutely horribly rude to me, he had a thick accent and the uhaul support people couldn't help him over the phone so I had to basically do all of the checking in and contract stuff myself on his cellphone. I was there for almost an hour, he was snappy, rude, loud and I will **never** pick up a uhaul from that location ever again.

Worker was 20 minutes late opening so my appointment was late. Workers did not know pickup or drop-off can be done all online and we can just get the key.... this location is not at all set up for 24 hour self checkin as the uhaul website suggests. We were told by UHaul customer support to check and see if a location offers it even though the website shows it so I wouldn't count on that feature again at any location. There were no dollies, utility dollies, or moving pads and blankets available at this location so we did not get them even though we reserved them, but the customer service agent who confirmed the truck with us the day before did not mention it either so thats not on the location, just UHaul in general.
