Dirty location, poor service, truck was dirty at pick up

Eugene MUhaul reservations system needs improvement. We set up our lodging plan to pickup reserved vehicle only to find out the day before pickup that that location doesn’t even carry the size truck that I reserved. This site was walking distance from hotel. We were redirected to another site 4 Miles from hotel that required us to spend money for another Uber and it opened 2 hours later than my reservation time which negatively impacted our pack out arrangements. This is not the Uhaul that I have come to expect. This experience cost me money , time and frustration.
MARK SYou need to make sure that when somebody uses it a truck that they can take it to the nearest place when they're done with it and not have to drive it back to the place they got it and also when he told them you wanted to bring it back on a day but no time just by the end of the day you don't get charged another day
