OSVALDO DThis was not the agreed location for drop off, a woman calls twice who demanded the location drop off b changed twice, his cost me more money and time. I will never use uhaul again and remind my friends and family there are other options. The woman calling to change locations during our trip caused stress and extra cost and time for us. Never using uhaul again. Your employees are awful and I didn’t pay for them to change my location. We had to pay an extra $98 in Uber and extra in gas and time. Horrible
LANCE HIt was a good experience overall. But, the U-Haul app was problematic in trying to return the truck.
CURTIS CI was having difficulty with the lock. I reached out and instead of polite customer service, he threatend to charge me an after hours fee. I am concerned for the future of uhaul if these types of owners are allowed to bully your customers.

Andrew DTank was on empty spent $85 in gas. Trailer was dirty and filled with hay and dirt. Paid for dolly and it was not in truck.

Ann TMy reservation was changed to a location 15 miles away from original reservation location. Requested blankets and dolly. Took almost 2 hours to get the truck with no blankets and no dolly! Horrible service!
ALBERT SWhen I got to the location I found closed door and no answer on the phone even thought I was there on time and during business hours. There was another couple who waited for 30 minutes already. Attempted to call four times without success. Representative at 800 number tried to help us to reach them few times too. After 45 minute waiting U-Haul rep connected me to field supervisor Mr. Pena who resolved issue by giving me access code to lock box so I could get the key to the truck. Truck was clean but fuel was way less than 1/4 of the tank so I had to go to gas station first. I've returned it next day in same condition with 1/4 of the tank of fuel. Next day I found out that apparently location charged me for dolly and blankets that I didn't have there so I had to call again to customer service to resolve that as well. Overall it wasn't best experience for me and if it wasn't for supervisor Mr. Pena who helped a lot I probably wouldn't rent from U-Haul again.
Alexander GTerrible terrible terrible. We arrived to find a desolate, abandoned building. When we tried to use the app to pick up the truck it couldn't find our location. We tried the website and the app and spent about 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Had to contact customer service numerous times. When we tried getting our keys the code provided didn't work. Again, had to call customer service who passed us to about 3 different people to finally get it figured out. When we finally got the truck none of the equipment we ordered was in the back. Again, needed to call customer service to get it sorted out. Turns out the site manager was in a house about 50 feet away the entire time and had to came out and get us our equipment. We ultimately didn't get 1 dolly we ordered and truly needed for this move. The site manager said I didn't know. It wasn't in my app.. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul and I have used them about 8 times in my life.

GRETA SFelix the field manager for that area was amazing. But there wasn't anyone at the location and they never answered their phone or returned any voicemails. The additional equipment that was desperately needed to move furniture was not provided. I'm 60 years old and a frail woman, moving furniture without equipment is next to impossible. I was given apologies, credit and they fixed the false mileage reported by the location, which was over a 100 mile discrepancy, by calling Uhaul customer service who were wonderful. I will continue to use Uhaul, but that location should not be representing your company.

Mariana AThis was the worst experiences I have ever had renting a vehicle. I have rented many times from Uhaul even in the past two years. The self check-out timing was ridiculous and incredibly frustrating. I may never select to rent from you again based upon this one factor alone. The radio did not work. The truck was riddled with dents, abrasions, scratches and even a billet hole in the front passenger side. The cab was filthy and the cargo area was full of debris. I am honestly shocked by how poor this service was based upon the rentals I have historically had with Uhaul.

Overall, Hard Drive Automotive’s U-Haul service is definitely the bomb (awesome), and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for U-Haul. Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much) Jason, you really know how to make a customer feel like Ohana (family).

Patrick NThe building is abandoned with a hole in the roof, vehicle was dirty with cracked molding and a cracked windshield (it looked like an abandoned vehicle). It took over an hour and two phone calls to U-Haul to get the vehicle.
