Original order included an appliance dolly. Was not included or anywhere available which made my move absolutely horrible

jamal dI did a rental same-day pick up truck drop off and the gentleman is charging me for Friday drop off. I dropped the vehicle off within the six hour timeframe, which I was allotted on Wednesday. July 1 st. I am owed money back.
David HJay was very awesome to deal with. He was quick and easy with service for pickup and return. Best experience we’ve had and will definitely be using this as our location from now on when needed.
ISAIAH pArea was dirty and the way the uhaul was parked made it difficult to get accurate pictures of all sides of the truck. Middle of nowhere, bad internet made the app extremely difficult to use.
