Unmanned facilities are terrible for customer service. It took me about an hour to get going, as I was re-directed to this location due to a change in availability.

Steering wheel had to be held to the left to go straight. No windshield wiper fluid. Windshield wipers were in poor condition. Coffee was spoiled on the inside of the cab. They didn’t give me my paid for furniture blankets or my appliance dolly. Truck also ran poorly while loaded.
JEFFERY RWhen we dropped off the vehicle it was late and we did not speak with any personnel. The app made it so easy to drop off and fill out the documentation. Super easy.

FREDRICK BTerrible customer service. My location was changed the day before, but they didn’t inform us the new location would be closed and we’d have to pick it up using the app. My account information also wasn’t updated with the new location, so we had to call customer service to update so we’d be able to get the truck. This wasted over an hour of time. Also, none of the extras (dolly, furniture pads) were in the truck when we finally got it, so we had to drive an hour out of our way to pick them up and they still made us pay again for them. Ridiculous. Customer service wasn’t very polite or helpful either. Will never use U-Haul again.
