Put jacks on the trailer it was hard for me to unhook it I struggled with it finally the guy that runs the locion where I drop it off help me with it

Johnathon M.You guys overcharged me for a day when I dropped it off at 8:00 a.m. at a place and they checked it in at 1:30 and you guys overcharged me so I'm not very happy with the company because I asked the girl that I left the keys with at quality customs and Waterloo Illinois if I was good because they didn't get there till 8:00 and then I got charged $40 for having an extra day which is b******* so I will probably never use U-Haul again and I tell everybody that I run into to boycott you because I do not know what kind of business you guys are running but you're ripping people off and it's a sad time when it's the coronavirus and a lot of people don't have money and you're ripping people off you're stealing so I don't have nothing good to say about you all you guys are rip off artists when people are honest and bring their truck in at 8:00 when the place did not open till 8:00 anyways me and my wife were there at 7:30 in the morning because their app on the internet says they open at 5:30 but anyways not the point point is U-Haul you guys overcharge me and I want my money back

Bob F.When I turned in the truck, it was on the third day. Thinking the drop off location closed about seven o'clock, so I got there after five thirty by a couple of minutes. When I arrived the next morning, the paper work was completed and I questioned the forth day charge and explained what I was told at the Clare location. At this point, I was told that U-Haul did have that policy, the man in Vienna, IL, called his representative from U-Haul and was told this was not a policy of U-Haul and never was their policy. I am not happy with this event, I feel that I was told that I would receive an adjustment, from the location where I rented the truck.

It was all documented, and not a problem, but overall I felt the condition of the truck reflected poorly on U-Haul as a company. My family has used U-Haul many times in the past and the equipment has always been well maintained and showed a pride in your product.

Carrie E.I had alot of trouble, I made a reservation to pick up in paducah on sat. I called to see if I could upgrade from 10ft to 15ft,said no problem pick up at 12. I checked my uhaul later an time was changed to 3pm. Called back supposedly fixed,I go back on and time fixed but truck changed to 26ft. That was wrong called again and told truck not available, when it just was ok.finaly a nice young man named Ron,found me Harper Ford,they were great. It was a 2hr headache to get to all good.

Rex D.Granted, this person had no knowledge of what the reality of my situation was, and was simply looking at the numbers, so no fault there, but professional he was not. It was the reaction of a person trying not to go off on me. And ignoring what the person with me said in regard to the pick up place falsifying data, is agitating to say the least. Again, disclaimer: I have no documentation of this. I can't prove it. So if uhaul wants to dispute it I can't do anything about it. Lesson learned. Never again.
