The u haul I was in was a small 10 foot u haul to handle what I needed as far as moving my bigger items the place were i got the u haul was amazing they were very very very nice, respectful and there if I had any questions 10/10 customer service but as far as the rental any time I got the gas the truck would jump forward causing my items to fall over in the back of truck I actually had my 65"tv moved from the back of the u haul to the front by all the jumping and jerking it was doing this actually made my screen get affected by only half working now

I arrived at the place where the trailer was at and the turn signal on trailer did not work. It was guaranteed pick up at this location. So they sent me another 30 mins away. So 1 hour total out of my way to pick up another trailer. I understand things happen but I wasn’t offered a discount or a refund even though it was guaranteed pick up at this location. I thought I would have received better customer service for a trailer that should have inspected prior to my arrival.

robert sAll great except UHaul kept calling me about not dropping off trailer ! And I did, on Sunday night in Vienna. Spoke with Harpers and we confirmed it the next day. Yet last week they called again !! So not sure what is going on but Im not riding around with a Haul on my truck LOL .. Thanks Rich Marose
