The gentleman whom checked us in was professional and friendly. It was conveniently located and easy to find. Checking in the truck was a breeze and glad I took pictures to show him the fuel when I picked it up because the website showed it completely different. Will have to return rent a uhaul in the future but I definitely will not pick it up from the location that I did in Kansas City. I will definitely be dropping it off at the location that I did in Vienna Illinois. Also your customer service representatives at your 800 number are very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful, that was greatly appreciated. Please let them know that.

The u haul I was in was a small 10 foot u haul to handle what I needed as far as moving my bigger items the place were i got the u haul was amazing they were very very very nice, respectful and there if I had any questions 10/10 customer service but as far as the rental any time I got the gas the truck would jump forward causing my items to fall over in the back of truck I actually had my 65"tv moved from the back of the u haul to the front by all the jumping and jerking it was doing this actually made my screen get affected by only half working now

I arrived at the place where the trailer was at and the turn signal on trailer did not work. It was guaranteed pick up at this location. So they sent me another 30 mins away. So 1 hour total out of my way to pick up another trailer. I understand things happen but I wasn’t offered a discount or a refund even though it was guaranteed pick up at this location. I thought I would have received better customer service for a trailer that should have inspected prior to my arrival.

All great except UHaul kept calling me about not dropping off trailer ! And I did, on Sunday night in Vienna. Spoke with Harpers and we confirmed it the next day. Yet last week they called again !! So not sure what is going on but Im not riding around with a Haul on my truck LOL .. Thanks Rich Marose

Put jacks on the trailer it was hard for me to unhook it I struggled with it finally the guy that runs the locion where I drop it off help me with it

While the inside of the cab was clean, the inside of the cargo area was filthy. Dirt and mouse poo was everywhere. I didn’t inspect the inside myself and just signed off on the condition as fine, so I’m partially to blame, but it is definitely something that needs to be checked on next time on the company’s end.

You guys overcharged me for a day when I dropped it off at 8:00 a.m. at a place and they checked it in at 1:30 and you guys overcharged me so I'm not very happy with the company because I asked the girl that I left the keys with at quality customs and Waterloo Illinois if I was good because they didn't get there till 8:00 and then I got charged $40 for having an extra day which is b******* so I will probably never use U-Haul again and I tell everybody that I run into to boycott you because I do not know what kind of business you guys are running but you're ripping people off and it's a sad time when it's the coronavirus and a lot of people don't have money and you're ripping people off you're stealing so I don't have nothing good to say about you all you guys are rip off artists when people are honest and bring their truck in at 8:00 when the place did not open till 8:00 anyways me and my wife were there at 7:30 in the morning because their app on the internet says they open at 5:30 but anyways not the point point is U-Haul you guys overcharge me and I want my money back

When I turned in the truck, it was on the third day. Thinking the drop off location closed about seven o'clock, so I got there after five thirty by a couple of minutes. When I arrived the next morning, the paper work was completed and I questioned the forth day charge and explained what I was told at the Clare location. At this point, I was told that U-Haul did have that policy, the man in Vienna, IL, called his representative from U-Haul and was told this was not a policy of U-Haul and never was their policy. I am not happy with this event, I feel that I was told that I would receive an adjustment, from the location where I rented the truck.

I was surprised that the truck had so much body damage to it when we picked it up. It was all documented, and not a problem, but overall I felt the condition of the truck reflected poorly on U-Haul as a company. My family has used U-Haul many times in the past and the equipment has always been well maintained and showed a pride in your product.

Patty from Uhaul in Springfield Illinois was the rudest person I have ever done business with. She hung up on me and did not hardly make an attempt to solve my issue. Everyone else I did business with was awesome though!

I had difficulty returning my truck because the dropoff location was closed and the Uhaul site wouldn't let me enter my location. I had to call Uhaul, but everyone I spoke to was super helpful (especially Barbara) and I was able to get instructions for dropping off the equipment. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from Uhaul during my move. Thanks, Uhaul!

I had alot of trouble, I made a reservation to pick up in paducah on sat. I called to see if I could upgrade from 10ft to 15ft,said no problem pick up at 12. I checked my uhaul later an time was changed to 3pm. Called back supposedly fixed,I go back on and time fixed but truck changed to 26ft. That was wrong called again and told truck not available, when it just was ok.finaly a nice young man named Ron,found me Harper Ford,they were great. It was a 2hr headache to get to all good.

Granted, this person had no knowledge of what the reality of my situation was, and was simply looking at the numbers, so no fault there, but professional he was not. It was the reaction of a person trying not to go off on me. And ignoring what the person with me said in regard to the pick up place falsifying data, is agitating to say the least. Again, disclaimer: I have no documentation of this. I can't prove it. So if uhaul wants to dispute it I can't do anything about it. Lesson learned. Never again.

Limited hours on the weekend, no one to assist in returning the trailer. Took a long time to figure out how to do everything on line and get someone on the phone. Once you talk to someone, the person was very helpful.
