Dave WThe location was fine other than the fact they didn’t have one of the dollys I needed. The truck was honestly a piece of junk. I have rented uhauls many times and never had an issue but this truck was awful. Check engine light was on, brakes were horrible, and steering was VERY FREE. Dangerous truck!

Billy OIt was an okay location - they specialize in gardening, not transportation of any kind. It was an okay place.
Anna MThe truck was covered in bug guts, smelled horrible, and the A/C did not work. The truck was parked in a knee-high grassy area behind an old barn. The requested appliance dolly was not included in the rental. Overall, this was a terrible experience in renting a Uhaul other than the customer service that was provided to help remedy the issues.

Dave WTank 1/4 when picked up at pick up location when we returned it it was not even a marker over and she stated it was at 1/8 when we picked up which records indicated that wasn't true at all. So she not the person reading the gas meter can read. I have documented proof if anyone cares to see the actual print up.
Sophia CYou screwed up my reservation and made me drive 40miles out of my way to pick up a truck that should have been available locally in stead you scheduled it at a store that was closed on Saturday and then rerouted me to a store twenty miles out of the way one way, there by adding 40 miles extra to my trip I am very unsatisfied with uhaul as a company!

Kennneth WU haul trained staff was not available when I gave the truck keys to a clerk at this multi business location. I was told the u haul would check in the equipment when they get back. I also so dropped of a 5 x 8 trailer and they failed to check it in. I was contacted by u haul asking where the trailer was. I told the person I dropped it off and u haul would go look for it. would be

Bill Mvery disappointed that I opted out of any insurance coverage during online rental reservation, then upon return of trailer found that $8 per day SafeTow coverage had been added. Rental location says they cannot do anything about this, so I will be contacting Uhaul corporate.
christopher sI had a medical emergency that landed me in the hospital and was not able to use the trailer I rented. I wonder if Uhaul can accommodate an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance and provide a partial refund.

Mike BCircumstances led to an inexperienced individual working on my reservation; took forever! No one's fault, but just a nuisance, as I had planned to pick up the rental using the mobile app, but headaches with making that work in a low-cell signal environment was just as slow and crazy.

Nathan SEverything went smooth for our 24/7 Mobile drop off. Then we realized we had left a $200 pair of headphones in the glove box. When we came back during business hours the customer service reps were very helpful getting us back into the truck to recover our items.
William FThere was nobody on time at the location to give me my truck key. I scheduled for 8, and she showed at 8:36. While she was in the phone with uhaul customer service, she described me as impatient, as if I wasn't on time and had a move to perform. Awful location.

JEFFERY HLocation did not have reserved items including appliance dolly and furniture pads. They were unable to get them from other locations. They were Not prepared for the rental prior to my arrival. Employee was nice but indicated not having reserved items, including trucks, was common. Would not feel confident using this location for a rental in the future. If using Uhaul would probably only use dedicated location in Huntsville if at all.
LEANNE CThe lady that handles the U-Haul at the location was late. Once she arrived she argued with another employee about being rushed into work. It took her 30 minutes to check me in even though I completed the online check in. It made me late for what I was picking up. The truck only had a half tank of gas in it. I brought it back just slightly under the half tank mark. I was charged to fill up the truck. I paid 170 for a 2 hour rental, which is RIDICULOUS!! I was totally inconvenienced and overcharged. I will never use U-Haul again.
SAVANNAH KDropped off at nearest location to my house. Vehicle and dolly cleaned in great condition, and did so ahead of time. Charged 13 or so dollars for the privilege to drop off. Very disappointing.
