Tank 1/4 when picked up at pick up location when we returned it it was not even a marker over and she stated it was at 1/8 when we picked up which records indicated that wasn't true at all. So she not the person reading the gas meter can read. I have documented proof if anyone cares to see the actual print up.
Sophia CYou screwed up my reservation and made me drive 40miles out of my way to pick up a truck that should have been available locally in stead you scheduled it at a store that was closed on Saturday and then rerouted me to a store twenty miles out of the way one way, there by adding 40 miles extra to my trip I am very unsatisfied with uhaul as a company!

Kennneth WU haul trained staff was not available when I gave the truck keys to a clerk at this multi business location. I was told the u haul would check in the equipment when they get back. I also so dropped of a 5 x 8 trailer and they failed to check it in. I was contacted by u haul asking where the trailer was. I told the person I dropped it off and u haul would go look for it. would be

Bill Mvery disappointed that I opted out of any insurance coverage during online rental reservation, then upon return of trailer found that $8 per day SafeTow coverage had been added. Rental location says they cannot do anything about this, so I will be contacting Uhaul corporate.
christopher sI had a medical emergency that landed me in the hospital and was not able to use the trailer I rented. I wonder if Uhaul can accommodate an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance and provide a partial refund.

Mike BCircumstances led to an inexperienced individual working on my reservation; took forever! No one's fault, but just a nuisance, as I had planned to pick up the rental using the mobile app, but headaches with making that work in a low-cell signal environment was just as slow and crazy.

Nathan SEverything went smooth for our 24/7 Mobile drop off. Then we realized we had left a $200 pair of headphones in the glove box. When we came back during business hours the customer service reps were very helpful getting us back into the truck to recover our items.
William FThere was nobody on time at the location to give me my truck key. I scheduled for 8, and she showed at 8:36. While she was in the phone with uhaul customer service, she described me as impatient, as if I wasn't on time and had a move to perform. Awful location.

JEFFERY HLocation did not have reserved items including appliance dolly and furniture pads. They were unable to get them from other locations. They were Not prepared for the rental prior to my arrival. Employee was nice but indicated not having reserved items, including trucks, was common. Would not feel confident using this location for a rental in the future. If using Uhaul would probably only use dedicated location in Huntsville if at all.
LEANNE CThe lady that handles the U-Haul at the location was late. Once she arrived she argued with another employee about being rushed into work. It took her 30 minutes to check me in even though I completed the online check in. It made me late for what I was picking up. The truck only had a half tank of gas in it. I brought it back just slightly under the half tank mark. I was charged to fill up the truck. I paid 170 for a 2 hour rental, which is RIDICULOUS!! I was totally inconvenienced and overcharged. I will never use U-Haul again.
SAVANNAH KDropped off at nearest location to my house. Vehicle and dolly cleaned in great condition, and did so ahead of time. Charged 13 or so dollars for the privilege to drop off. Very disappointing.

Shawn NThe customer service provided was poor to say the least. The woman that was trying to get me checked in argued with me on what name my reservation was under. Why would I put it under another name? I just wanted a trailer to pick up a fridge. Then when I asked where to go to pick the trailer up she looked at me as if I had 3 heads and asked what I meant. It took me about 45 minutes to check in and I thought by registering everything online it would alleviate some of the wait time. I was wrong.
Lindsey RI had a hard time getting a drop off location from Customer Service, since my pick up location never dispatched my pick up there was no drop of location on my contract. So....I had to call Customer Service (Saturday afternoon) and I waited of 30 minutes to speak to Chelsea, who was very helpful and connected to the correct person. Unfortunately the first location I was sent to for drop off was not a U haul location, but a storage facility with no room to turn around. I had to disconnect the trailer in order to get out. After again speaking to a very kind Uhaul representative I was finally sent to the Harvest Feed Mill location. If I'd known about having to have the trailer "dispatched" in order to get a turn in location it would have made the turn in process much smoother.
Billy OSuper nice people but took over an hour to check me out even though I had done everything online to include uploading my driver license. Then when we went out to get the trailer it was buried behind everything in a flooded field. Had to help push it out of the mud. It was raining so didn’t get to see inside until I got home. It was filthy! Like somebody had hauled dirt or something. Outside of trailer was covered in dirt/mildew. I do not recommend renting from here! I know I won’t be back.

JO SSpent a long time checking in online. Then arrived the next day to pick up the truck. Much older lady rechecked me in herself & took forever. Stopping & talking to other people. Walking off to check & see if her husband was in bathroom etc..... I was there over 1.5hrs. She kept calling another location & ask how to do stuff & wanted to run my card again. Very slow process!

TRACEY SBegin the after hours pick up before arriving to pick up the vehicle. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 0600 and after having to go through all the verification process ended up leaving at 0650. Put me behind schedule.
Ricardo GI was charge for 135 miles. I drove 30 miles top. I have a picture of the starting mileage that was 35 miles different than what my receipt said, so I'm sure the ending mileage was wrong as well. Scummy business practice that cheat people out of money.
