Despite a confirmation email stating the unit was available for pick up during business hours at 7pm (hours stated they closed at 9pm) the store itself was closed. Had to call U-Haul multiple times to get them to get the store contact to go to the store, open up and provide the rental. Took close to an hour later by the time I had keys in hand. Still waiting for the "Area Manager Joe" to call me back regarding this situation which I was informed would occur only after the conclusion of the rental.....That was 15 calendar days ago, 10 business days...

The service at this location was polite and very friendly. From a business standpoint the U-Haul renter was very fair and accommodating, asking questions and making suggestions to improve our rental based on our needs. Recommended!

Great customer service, friendly and very easy to communicate with. The ease of pickup was excellent too with trucks parked with lots of space to navigate out to the road. Will rent here again - puts the Dundas Street location to shame.

The service agent at Hasty Market was friendly and helpful. He clearly explained everything on the contract and answered any questions. He was accomodating and made the process easy.

The vehicle was clean and the person at the pick-up location was very professional. My only concern were the tires on the vehicle. January in Ontario we have snow. 1/3 of the right front tire was bald and the rear tires were questionable. Besides the tires everything else was fine.
