My pickup location was supposed to be 145 Henry street. When I arrived to pick up my U-Haul I was told the pick up location changed. There was no communication on their part to let us know of this change. The new pick up location was on Park Road North. I scheduled the pickup time accordingly so I would arrive at my destination on time. I was now late for my furniture pick up because of this change in the U-Haul pick up location and was NOT told about it until I arrived at the Henry St location. My email confirmation even says my location for pick up & drop off was the Henry Street location. I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone I know. This was extremely unprofessional. I asked if there was anything they could do considering I ended up being late for my customer because of their communication and they refused. Very unfortunate and I will be not using U-Haul services again.
