Best Uhaul dealer in town, staff is veri polite and explain everything
RAHUL TI booked the truck at 4:15 PM and returned it at 07:15. Unfocanality, I did not receive the truck until 4:29 PM. (The delay caused me a lot of issues) The total distance is 26.50 KM, and they added an extra 2.50 KM! The distance price on your website is 0.99 per KM, and he charged me 1.92 per KM. This is the first and last time I trust this location.
ABDUL MI rented a moving truck from U-Haul in London, Ontario, Canada, on May 01, 2025, at 11:02 AM and returned it at 3:42 PM. Unfortunately, they have charged me double: $57 instead of $28.50. I tried to find a solution, but unfortunately, they did not return the extra charges, which will affect my budget, as we are living in a difficult financial situation. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me solve it.

MARIA GClerk at pickup struggled to understand system to add a driver. It took 35 minutes and multiple phone calls to an off-site manager! Truck was clean but very old, loud and made me nervous that is was going to survive the day.

HAZIM HFirst of all, the person who checked me in for the truck that I booked did not hand me the receipt to look at the starting mileage and truck’s fuel capacity at that time. Only upon asking for it, he told me that I would get it in my email and didn’t care to explain me about the uhaul policies and other conditions of the truck at that time. Upon returning the truck, I parked it at the same spot where I got it from and the CSR inside the store asked me to park it in the back to which I replied “I parked it where I got it from and it is NOT my job to park it at a specific spot as they didn’t mention about their terms about it during pick up time”. There were two employees working inside the store during the drop off time and the guy who was talking to me gave an irrelevant excuse that he is training the other employee so, he can’t leave the store. There was no customer in the store at that time and it shouldn’t be my job to park the truck for them. Also, he didn’t even care to check the truck during the drop off time and told me that he will do it later. It only shows how less they care about their trucks. I told him I am returning the truck in the same condition, if not, better and I put the fuel in it and the gauge is back at the same spot on the meter as it was during the pick up time. When I got the final receipt later, I checked and saw there was a fuel charge put on it even though I put the fuel in it before returning it back (I have the receipt). In the end, I want to add that dishonesty in work leads you nowhere in life. Learn some integrity.
Vishaldeep SAllow customer to choose nearest drop off location. It feels like they choose a location far away from your destination to make more money.
