I would like to dispute the $50 cleaning fee that was charged to me. The only items left in the storage unit were a few flyer papers placed on the cabinet. At no point was I informed that leaving a small amount of paper behind would result in a $50 cleaning charge. Had I been made aware of this policy, I would have removed them immediately. Additionally, the unit was rented to another customer while I was still on site, which indicates there was no significant cleaning or delay involved. Charging $50 for removing a few sheets of paper under these circumstances is unreasonable and disproportionate. I respectfully request that this cleaning fee be reviewed and refunded.

So, when I returned the vehicle back, the guy in the counter was saying he has no idea on the returning process and was unwilling to help
GIRI PI had dropped off the truck at 6 pm. However it shows that I dropped off the truck at 9 pm and I was charged double the initial agreed price.
