Interior cabin and cargo cabin were very dirty (coffee/drink spills and crumbs on the floor in the interior cabin and mud/sand/green chillies/okra in the cargo cabin)
HANIFMOHAMED DClerk was challenging to understand. Your gas policy is confusing and requires customer to guess how much fuel to buy despite providing a piece of paper on how to estimate it. Invoice receipt further complicates how much was actually charged to credit card with fuel credit
Jim GI received the van with 3/4 tank, returned it with 3/4 tank and got a fuel charge.
ANDREW LI got locked outside of a van cause a key got inside, no extra keys nothing else need to call locksmith by my own clerk are rude i don't recommend this place at all.
