Very Friendly and courteous. Although I was a little upset that it took me an hour to get my car hauler, due to U haul website kept crashing. I made an appointment for pickup at 5 am and didn’t get on the road until almost an hour later. But overall the location was excellent.

There was no one on site, no signs, actually there was a “no entry” sign and a dog on site sign, very uninviting.The covered trailer was not weatherproof, all of my things got wet inside the trailer. I called the number after unhooking the trailer and I told them about the trailer not being weatherproof, the person on the phone said they’d make a note of it, offering me no solution or next steps. I called them back later to ask if I could receive a discount or something because of my ruined things, they said they would text my cell number (never did receive a text) and for me to send them photos of my damaged things so they could start a claim for me. When I didn’t hear anything from them I reached out to the helpline and that person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a poor experience, I’m glad I didn’t put family photos or irreplaceable things in the trailer, still disappointed about my things that did get ruined.

Obviously they don't check Thier equipment before sending with a customer, ratchet strap that holds the tires on the Dolly's failed due to rust / corrosion leading to the vehicle almost rolling off the dolly while driving down the road , that could have resulted in a dangerous accident I will for now on be checking my equipment personally before leav any u haul locations for here on out. The damage caused to the vehicle I'll never get that back ... I may never use U-Haul again after this situation

The truck wasn’t ready. I waited too long. Maybe 46-69 minutes, The gas tank was on a 1/4 tank. Dogs in the office!

Every U-Haul experience I've had prior to this one has been precarious and has left a bitter taste of confusion and the sense of being taken advantage of. For the first time, I had a delightful and honest U-Haul consumer service experience. The price FINALLY made sense (no surprise fees or charges). The representatives are flexible, understanding, kind, and made my stressful move much lighter. Highly recommend!

Let your customer know you are planning to change the locations well in advance, not the day of and let them know when to pick it up that you change the locations to not surprise. Here's your new location and say as agreed upon.

Ensure there is a little more gas in truck before rental as we had to go straight to nearest gas station but other than that, everything was amazing! Thank you and I will definitely be back!

Service was outstanding. 5⭐️ and above. The employees were hard working, extremely helpful and courteous. Would use this location again. Full service 24 hrs a day, with an attendant on site.

The Yard around back is a little sketch but the front of the building, office staff and professionalism make up for it. I dropped off in the middle of the night and it had the optimal setting out back for a Final Destination movie.
