How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt is hard to find. There is no signage, other than one behind a tinted window. We had to call to find out where to go once we were in the parking lot. They were unable to help us find a location close to home to drop off the trailer and only provided locations 30-60 minutes away.
Tori SThis was my first rental from this location. A little tricky to navigate where to go at first, but once I figured it out by asking someone it made sense. Friendly staff. The App was glitching and a little frustrating when returning the trailer, but overall a good experience at this location.
Charlton HI never got my deposit back and I got charged and extra $33 for something I don't know before I got the trailer one signal light was out same with one marker light the guy who I was dealing with told me that he will inform U-Haul but if I was okay driving it the way it was then it's okay. When I hooked up to the trailer and I left on my way home on the highway I got an email saying asking if I overlooked the trailer and took pictures or something well a little too late for that I took pictures when I dropped it off
