I paid for a hand truck to move my boxes but was very disappointed to find out after making all thw fees that the truck did not have a ramp for the hand truck, instead the boxes had to be lifted tediously 1 by 1 on to the truck, the hand truck I paid uhaul for was absolutely useless due to this reason, lack of communication on specifics of my purchase, but uhaul truck rental is a crucial benefit for a lot of people including me, I appreciate you having a truck on hand ready for customer wherever and whenever needed, also staff were very understanding and polite I would use them again, prices were transparent good

COLLEEN WHonor your contract even when your system is down. This has been the worse experience with U-Haul we have ever had. We move a lot and used you on many occasions. Never again.
