The location was perfect, Uhaul needs to work on the process overall. For denied do to emergency contact information and it took and extra hour to get that corrected.

Amy AIt seemed like everyone i called were no help. I talked to probably 5 people and 2 were good. 1 seemed like she didn't like her job. 1 didn't even want to help. 1 was rude. Horrible experience and messed up my time didn't get up haul until 330 pm and was trying to look for a credit or a coupon I could use for later no help.
Michael RU-Haul ought to be open when it claims to be open. When I arrived on time at this location, to pick-up a trailer, the place wasn’t open. I had to wait for close to an half an hour before someone showed up. The attendant who arrived late said that she was sick. This is inexcusable. There ought to have been someone else to replace her. Time is money and, as a professional, I can’t afford to be forced to wait, for any reason, to meet my scheduled business appointments and transport much needed products.
