KENT DIt was just a bit confusing because the uhaul stuff was out back and seemingly disconnected from the gas station, which felt weird because I was looking for something like the location in Syracuse. It wasn't a particularly bad location or anything, just not what I was expecting.

REGINALD HUhAul was terrible would not take my paper license but did not notify me ever though I uploaded days before. Said was in policy but I did not get a policy before pick up so at 8pm I was told could not get truck. Next morning Haxel was amazing and took my paper license no questions asked. It was only on 1/8 tank gas do I almost ran out of gas. Luckily even though they were closed there was employee at Haxel that opened up for me to get gas to return it. Uhaul was terrible but Haxel was AMAZING!!!!

RICHRD SWhere we sat in the van was very dirty. There was Chinese food spilled, candy wrappers in the cup holders.. very dirty. The AC only worked when you continually pushed the AC button.

Edra ERented a truck for a couple of hours. And cleaned it very well before I returned it. I even wiped the inside of the cab down and swept the back out even though we only moved furniture. Like I was told to do by the guy who handed me the keys. And then gonna charge me $25. Cleaning fee. Uhaul should really check out their reps who rent their trucks. Nothing but thieves from both locations I have rented trucks from.
TERRI BI turned in 45 minutes after "24 hours" and was charged a full extra day, even though the store was closed and they couldn't rent the truck out anyway.

doris sReturned to a gas station. It was fine but nothing special. There was no drop box, as my instructions said there would be, and it wasn't clear what to do with the key. Eventually I gave it to someone who worked there and hoped for the best.
Janet MMy only suggestion is on the website it would be nice to know the cost when selecting the number of hours to rent. I rented a trailer for 6 hours but I might have kept it longer if I didn't have to get to the check out page to find the cost.

robert sIt’s a gas station so you’d expect to be able to fill up the uhaul there. Nope. No working gas pumps that take any type of card payment.
Kate KMake sure that all furniture pads that were ordered are in the vehicle. I and was charged for a dozen pads, but only received two. The dollies that I ordered were on a different truck than the one I rented so I had to take them from the other truck at pick up. I didn’t know how many pads came in a bag otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen that I received all of them.
Brandon RThe truck was dirty inside and out. We did not get a printout of the contract stating the odometer reading, etc. We did receive an email.
Trudy WThe truck windshield was covered with snow and ice. The mobile check in was a mess. We had a very difficult time. When we finally got help with the check in. The truck was already unlocked and the box that had the keys for the truck, was not locked either.

RITA nThen I ran into a similar issue when attempting to return the Truck (different facility in a different city). No code in Mobile App, no lock boxes to be found. 72 hours later U-Haul was calling “where are the keys?” “In the Glove Box” In the end, nothing wrong with either facility. U-Haul IT just needs to post-mortem these items.
Hank RDrop off was a breeze. It took me longer to back the trailer into the spot than the return process. Would use again.

jeffrey lI used the online check-in. Once I checked in, went inside for my keys and was out in less then 2 minutes. (There was another customer ahead of me) Everything went quickly and smoothly! I have used other uhaul providers and this is, by far, the best uhaul dealer I have found in Quincy!
