Pickup Customer service agent was no help. Never showed us how to hitch the trailer or check to make sure it was correct. The trailer safety chain was broken. We had to purchase a new one to tow safely.
Andrew Nwe had issues in getting a car hauler rented due to vehicle size ( 1500 chevy truck pulling a chevy impala sedan) and person working did not explain issue up front - took too long to get it processed and only after we said we had access to another 2500 GMC truck... the other thing was that with this car hauler the clearance is not proper for smaller sedans -- plastic airflow guard under front of vehicle scraped front cross beam and could not open doors of vehicle because of the wheel housing of car hauler... it got the job done but!!!!

KEVIN BTrailer lights worked intermittently and trailer was filthy. It was full of mud and debris, had to wash it out before it could be used.

robert sWhen I went to rent a car dolly. The agent never told me it would cost me more to drop off somewhere else. I could have dropped it off at the same location. And saved me money. Feel like I was ripped off!!!! I did not do it online. Now I can see after checking your site I was taken by scammer or idiot! Can't express how bad I feel about this. May never use your services again!!!!

Karen SThe truck was not cleaned prior to pick up, debris, broken glass and straw was in the box of the truck which the door was frozen shut, had to use heat to open. The truck was covered in snow and ice, luckily I brought an ice scraper because the truck didn’t provide one.

Steven RThey had no idea how to rent out equipment. They had to call someone for the entire process. It took a very long time. They did not have moving blankets, which I had ordered. All equipment was covered in snow and the truck was nearly empty.

Kraig WThe location was perfect and the car dolly looked brand new. And it was super easy to use. The only complaint was when the gentleman was trying to reserve it the computer was not cooperating. He had to call the main office and they had the same problem. He then had to call the main guy (owner) and was told to take all our information down and then try a bit later. So we could be on our way. And pricing was reasonable. We dropped it off in St. Ignace at George's not Kalkaska at Lodi Garage.

Chad DFriendly staff who helped us choose the appropriate size of trailer and clear about what we needed to do. Helped us pull out safely and hook up. Young man that helped us was polite and efficient.
matt eEmployee didn’t know how to do any of it and was the only one there. I called initially to ask a question and she said she didn’t know I asked her to please ask someone because it was important info and she said she didn’t have anyone to ask so basically to bad. A half hour later I get there and she didn’t know how to do any of it. What really made me mad was I really needed to know the info I called for and she could have found out for me because I had to wait 20 minutes for another employee she had to call in to do it for her. I’m not sure why if they have these things scheduled they don’t make sure someone is staffed to be able to do it if not everyone knows how. I’m still giving the average rating because the first guy I talked to at the store was great and so was the employee that came in to her rescue.
Alex MMy U-Haul experience was very positive. Everyone was helpful, the rate was reasonable, and the service was excellent! I accomplished my purpose exactly as I had anticipated!
