Make sure the rental supplier goes off of the rental agreement and doesn’t add extra things on there. I selected no insurance and no tools but there was insurance added on after the fact. The trailers are scabbed together and need maintenance that they are not doing properly.

KEITH PThe cashier didn't have the code to get into the u haul system. Had to call the manager. Most of our information from reserving the truck was not saved in the system from booking At the Alma location. No truck available at any of the Alma locations. Total hassle from the get go. Didn't tell us how long we had the truck for. Gave us a vague location for drop off.
