The Hemlock Michigan Ace Hardware Manager tried to tell us we could not drop off a (previously scheduled) uhaul trailer because he didn't have Internet. He told us we would have to take it to another location. When I told him the trailer is already dropped off here as scheduled and after going back and forth why he couldn't take the trailer at his location, he finally made a phone call. Amazingly we were able to complete the drop off following the phone call. Not sure why he didn't try the phone call right away instead of arguing why he couldn't do it. Very poor customer service.

I had a bad experience to began with. The trailer I rent the wiring was all cut up. So luckily I was giving the trailer I really wanted The person I spoke at Ace Hardware said I could do my return of the trailer Well I couldn’t I received a email saying the trailer was returned on Sunday, which I drop it off on Friday around 1 am in the morning I was amazed that you don’t check your rental daily. Thanks

Kenneth WMake sure the rental supplier goes off of the rental agreement and doesn’t add extra things on there. I selected no insurance and no tools but there was insurance added on after the fact. The trailers are scabbed together and need maintenance that they are not doing properly.
