GLENN HChains were not put on my vehicle correctly per the U-Haul store I dropped it off at. He said very dangerous the way they were attracted. He used a hammer to bend the chain so it would fit over my loops on my hitch. Dro off guy said the should have looed thru and secured. I didn’t know. Very upset over this The possibility of loosing the trailer and causing damage or injury was very high. One poor experience leaves me looking elsewhere in th future if I need rent

Gary GI have rented U-Haul from Henderson's in the past therefore they had all my information which at this time of rental, was no problem however the computer system for U-Haul the website kept shutting down continuously it took over 30 minutes excuse me 45 minutes in order to get to the point where they could download my photos on my license. Therefore I had them change my time of return till 1:30 instead of 1:00 due to the slow process. It should not have taken that long. The website seems to have caused them problems in the past. U-Haul needs to update and make this a speedy rental instead of complicated and wasting time other than that the employees were great
donna rUhaul broke down a hour after pick up filled with furniture. Motor locked and was stuck on the side of the road for almost 2 hours. Replacement had to be picked up in a different city. I hired movers and had to pay extra due to hours waste on the side of the road. And also had to unload all the furniture to put it onto the replacement truck. It was a entire mess and set back and I didn’t receive reimbursement from Uhaul Company at all.
Shaquavia TThe staff was so awesome! They were considerate to me not understanding the full process of a rental. 😊 thank you ladies! The lady that checks the trucks back in is rude,she is clearly not a people person 😐 I was misunderstanding something and she caught an attitude for no reason and her tone with a customer. .get the lady that checks people in to do that job also. Overall I will be back to shop for items me and my grandson needs. Thank you

Debra HTruck had a few issues. Steering will was badly out of alignment. The metal stairs rattled the entire trip. The engine needed to be serviced. Felt like there was mechanical issues with the truck. Kept bogging down and acting like it wanted to stall.
