The printer was not working I had to leave without siginig or seeing a contract. I told the location about my travel plan. I was recommended the wrong rate after requesting a comparison between a one-way and a local in town rate. It. Is suggested to me to take the one way resulting in an overcharge of $100. I returned to the origin point and complained. He admitted that he was not the person who normally handles U-Haul. He asks me to call 1-800…I did and await a call back
SCOTT BMy truck showed the trailer had not been maintained in at least 10 months vital parts like wheel bearings brakes and hydronics I carried the trailer back because I didn't need a wheel running totally off on my route and causing a mishap on a major road

DONALD BThe location is fine and convenient, I believe uhaul is just too pricey . It's better to just put down that 300 dollar hold and get you a rental box truck from enterprise because they offer unlimited miles.
