I was pretty much ignored, then personel went to check the truck without saying more to me. I was left inside waiting, for no reason it turns out, for 20 minutes, as she came back in and started doing other things. I asked if we were done- turns out she was finished with me as soon as she took the key but didn't bother to say so. It's not like I or anyone rents uhaul regularly enough to know not to stand there and wait for a receipt or acknowledgement that you're done.
