My experience was okay, but there were some issues with the staff. When I returned the vehicle, I asked the employees if everything was in order, but they didn’t check the vehicle. They seemed rushed and didn’t inspect it, which left me feeling uneasy. While the rental process itself was fine, I expected more attentiveness during the return. Hopefully, they can improve on this in the future and be less rude on phone calls next day.

I had previously prepaid for the U-Haul prior to getting to the facility, when I got there I told the costumer rep that I had prepaid and she kept insisting that I didn’t. I had to call a costumer rep through the phone to show her that I had paid. I recommend better training for these reps that work as private contractor for U-Haul to minimize wasting costumer time. I was also given a U-Haul where the ac broke down after 3 hours of driving
