Jamie KEngine light came on as I pulled out of the parking lot. Turned around and asked why and was told that it is a problem with the gas cap not fitting right and it makes the engine light come on. Seriously?? BUY a new gas cap or fix it however it needs to be fixed!! Driving a UHaul with an engine light on is not a good feeling. Sucky customer service and UHaul constantly rents equipment that is going to leave you stranded on the road (already had that happen in SC). UHaul sucks.
Gina SThe individual was very polite, the truck was clean and maintained, and the facility was nice. The problem I have is that the truck did NOT have a full tank of gas initially, and although I turned in the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up, U-Haul charged me a fuel fee because it wasn't all the way full.
Fred HTruck rsvp form10am, arrived at 9:40 to start one day rental registration agent (Howard McCormick ll) advised me I had to pay for TWO days because the paperwork was initiated before 10am and that I had to sit there till 10am to only be charged for one day rental. He further advised me I had to pay an additional $30.00 for insurance to cover the truck against accidental damage. I advised him I was fully aware If an accident occurred, I would be responsible for up to $50,000.00 for repairs. He kept insisting he did not work for UAHUL, that he was employed by Mission Storage. I ask him if he was representing UHAUL at the Mission Storage Location, then he also worked for UHAUL. At One point he refused to rent me the truck. I requested that he come out and go over the truck to confirm any damage, cleanliness, and mileage. He advised me he did not need to he knew his truck. As I went over the vehicle (taking pictures) I noted the vehicle did not have 1/2 tank of fuel and was not clean inside trailer and cab. The trailer had trash on the floor, and the cab floor was littered with rocks, sand and dry dog food. I returned the truck in less than six hours use with more fuel than agent advised was starting with. I cleaned the trailer (which incidentally) I should be credited $25.00 for cleaning someone's prior use (which is UHAULS policy). Agent informed he has numerous outstanding reviews for his service, must be for storage rental because its sure not for his UHAUL representation.
Ernie LThe computer system was partially or temporarily down, so the process of finishing paperwork was slow, but this wasn't the fault of the men working there. I don't think anything needs improvement. The two men who helped me were courteous and knowledgeable.

Elisabeth SBy having the vehicle ready after hours when appointments are made. Made reservations a few days in advance for a 7:00AM pickup - very frustrating experience. After spending an hour or so attempting to obtain my keys from the lockbox, the telephone operator (after 20 minutes or so) informed me the location did not reserve my vehicle for an early pickup. Lost two hours and had people lined up to help me, obviously they were not happy as well.

Amanda SI have been storing at this location for a while. Consistently great service across all who work at this location. We moved out of one of our 2 units and did not see a single bug or bug droppings upon sweeping out the unit. Must have a great pest control program. Both of our units are climate controlled.
Robert MHoward was a great person to deal with in regards to my recent U-Haul rental. Would definitely come back to him again.

Albert MClean facility and great new truck but could use some better options for communication at this location!! We mistakenly left an item in the uhaul. It was very difficult to reach anyone to help by phone. We left one unanswered voice mail, placed two phone calls to different people asking for assistance without any success, drove by once to find facility unstaffed at lunch and finally went in person for a second time before finding someone to finally help retrieve our FL SunPass from the truck.

Daniel Sthe manager was very intent on making extra charges on my rental. He said a scratch was on the tail lite lens..he went to it automaticly as if he knew it was there. the lens was not broke or cracked. onlyl could see if your nose was up aganist it..looked more like an imperfection in material. i am upset that u-haul lets dealers like this operate and represent u-haul. . contract # 26682068. i don't think it reasonable to charge me $150.00 for a lens that doesn't need replaced and that i did not damage. Please refund this money to my card. thank you , Jim Shields
