Stephen BLocation in poor shape. Parking lot full of pot holes and much of it un-paved. Reservation would not pull up in their computer and attendant had to re-do. Vehicle was filthy inside. Dirt in floorboards and spilled liquids all over center console. Inside cargo area had lots of dirt inside and I had to sweep out before using. Location advertises gas fill up but none of their pumps worked. Had to drive to another gas station after using truck instead of filling up at rental location. This caused me to go over my allotted miles which cost me extra money on turn in. Lastly, when renting furniture pads online it clearly states $10/dozen. However, rental location only provides 6. I didn’t get what I paid for. Will not rent from this location again nor recommend.

noreen aThe guy barely spoke English. Couldn't understand most of what he said and didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. No one bothered to ask me how far I was going so 45 miles somehow got put into the system which resulted in me being charged an extra $20 at drop off.

Keith RI showed up at my time of pick up for my reservation, it was an hour later till I got it. When I returned my truck there was no parking spots available, so I parked the best I could. Apparently the employee wasn’t allowed to drive. So I had to go back out and try and fix the it in a different area. I asked to see my transaction before charging the card, the employee would not let me and clicked charged. Their English was VERY hard to understand making communication very difficult. I will be using a different location in the future.

timotny mTruck filthy and the steering alignment was completely sideways, have to hold the wheel sideways to drive straight and shocks on truck definitely bad. They do not maintain these vehicles or know what they’re doing!
MARK NI waited 30 minutes for the attendant to help me. I could not use the mobile check-in since it literally asks for a passport... why not let a user know what I'd need first.

I showed up on three different occasions to pick up my reserved truck, only to find there was no truck available. Contacted UHaul is a runaround of on hold and transfers. Everyone guaranteeing a new reservation will produce a truck. I would never recommend Uhaul.

RONALD JTruck was FILTHY! My hands stuck to the steering wheel "goo". I used my debit card to reserve. When I picked truck up I gave agent another card and instructed him to use that card. Got my bill and...yep..he used the wrong card. Dropped off to another worker who said u haul site is down he will check me in later. Original employee calls me 20 mins later wanting to know where keys are! Ask youe emplyee!! Calls again 5 mins later but I cannot make out what he says. He speaks very poor English. IF ,and thats a HUGE if, I need a rental in the future it will not be U haul. Entirely too mush bs,filth,crap to put up witj at these prices.

Steven WDoesn't speak English, falsely charged us extra gas mileage, harassed us for days while I tried to dispute the false charges, and yelled at me over the phone. NEVER use this location, go literally anywhere else or don't use U-Haul at all. I will never be using a U-Haul again after this experience.
Angel LThe man working in Hi View spoke no English basically; almost impossible to communicate with him. He did not have the correct truck available so we had to take a different truck but that worked out okay. However!! He told us the truck had a full tank of gas and that we had to return the truck with a full tank of gas. This was a local move for the day, 4 hours. We drove the truck 9 miles but yet it took over 9 gallons to fill the gas tank upon delivery back to Hi View Mini Mart. So I really think he ripped us off on purpose.

BRYAN GTook an hour to pick up a rental that had been reserved online. Individual did not know how to use the system and had to FaceTime a friend throughout the entire process. Do Not Rent From Here!!
KYLE SThe worst experience I have ever had at Uhaul. This location is awful!!! The man who was there was unable to communicate efficiently in English. Charged my card $50 more than my quote without telling me why and then had to have someone help him do it via video chat. But that’s not the best part. They “upgraded” me from a 20ft truck to a 26 ft truck. I drove the truck 2 miles and the brakes were failing!!!!!!! I also had a major accident. They didn’t even even apologize when I came back. They exchanged the truck and just told me to calm down. I have never been soooo angry with a Uhaul place. This place is a joke and disgrace to Uhaul.
ALLISON SWe made an online reservation and when we got there we had to give all the same information we gave online, then we were charged twice, the first amount from the online reservation that said we would be charge that at drop off and the second charge for the same vehicle use was the information he put in when we arrived to pick up and finally we were charged double the mileage we went.

Stacie DNasty dirty truck had to clean the back before we put anything in, and we topped the gas off and he still charged me $8 for gas, will never return to uhaul.
Darryl MGreat customer service! Very helpful and friendly attendant! I didn't know how to hook the auto tow behind the truck and he gladly did it for me. The 24 hr drive I had to make was smooth and perfectly peaceful knowing I was driving a reliable truck and tow was secured.

Robert FNo giving credit upon return for over fueled when making long distance trip! I think U-Haul should re think their marketing and sales to reflect every vehicle in their fleet being fuel or full to the customer, that it needs to be refueled completely before drop off or returning!

ALESIHA HPick up location was a gas station mini mart. At return, there were signs on yhe pumps saying there was no gas causing us to have to drive a mile down the road to the next nearest place to refuel. Not fun when trying to get the truck back on time. The store personnel were friendly and helpful though. As if they had rented trucks for a while and knew what we needed before we ourselves did. Would use this place again.
