How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake certain that there is someone capable of assisting with the hook up and check out of a trailer.
Gary Mthe 5 x 12 trailer had a tire with a slipped belt......the steel belt was showing through the rubber.....I told the owner so it could be addressed.
Dan PVery helpful both at pickup and drop off.
Tamara RThe only issue was that the dolly was not included in the truck. I didn't need it and don't remember asking for it but she was not able to provide one at that location. It was fine but I did not have that as part of my move. I just want to note that for when the truck is checked in at the Omaha location.
