Kathy H.Not charge an extra $100 when someone runs 2-3 hours late. Customer service was horrible when i tried to extend the reservation. They told me it would be an extra $100 for being late when it is a 39.95 per day rental! Will never be using uhaul again.
Charla P.The trailer I rented was evidently old and probably nearing it's end of useful life. The floor seemed loose in places, the tires were less than 1/2 tread, the rear door latch normally required two people to latch and unlatch and the hydraulic surge brakes were prone to locking up WAY too easy. I pull a 24' trailer regularly that is equipped with surge brakes. I know how they should normally operate.
