GARY ATruck was overall better than the last 26 ft truck I got from uhaul, tires felt like at least one had a bubble in it from 15 mph to 55 mph it's extremely rough ride even when loaded. Only letting uhaul know about it. As far as the equipment I'd not know I didn't load anything or unload it, not sure what shape it was in but normally it's not even there, so I keep my own. Customer service was fast and friendly helpful as well.

EDWIN HI had a 1-way reservation and they changed it to a local rental, the lady running the store was constantly on the phone when I was there and not paying attention. I was never told this was a local reservation.
