No staff on site, do everything via phone. Hard to hold a phone in both hands and then scan your drivers license. Can't be done. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We ordered for a large uhaul that was cancel to this location. And we ordered a Ln appliance dolly and it wasn't there so we had to drive to another location to get that wasting over an hour. Less than a quarter of a tank of gas which only took us a short distance so we had to first stop and get gas wasting more time. Very bad experience.

Run down liquor store in a bad part of town next to a homeless encampment. I did not feel safe here. I drove my an actual U-Haul dealership and I don’t understand why this wasn’t a return option.

Clerk had no clue as to what was going on. Didn’t have appliance dolly that I ordered. Had to go to 2nd location to pick it up. So much for guaranteeing things.

Paid more for a 15’ truck with 30 miles than I paid for a 26’ truck with 60+ miles. Will never be using uhaul again.

Store owner was extremely rude and didnt want to give us the key aftwr we had done the paymenr oine. If thwy have beef with ujaul thwy have to keep it between ylu nlt thw xustomer- profanity wss uswd, i bwñieve rhat the extra dsy that was For free is nkt worth the hassel to continue to do buisness wirh you. We are going ro see what othwe Compaby with our non Profir.Añso the additional "free day" has not been honored. We were charged. Another reason not to do buisness with ylu guys did not honor what was peomised

Staff was friendly but didn’t Know what was going on with the rentals. They didn’t have any furniture pads or dollies. And then I was charged for them anyway when they called to check them out despite the guy on the phone being told they didn’t have them. This caused me to have to run around town to try to find them and waste 2 hours of my day that I needed to load the truck.

This was the last location of 5 I was sent to and overall the best ,however I was given the runaround for 2 days and was sent to mutiple locations to try and get a uhaul. I was told different prices once I showed up to a New location I was sent .it's was always more than I was told or did not have the uhaul they said they did and wanted more money for a bigger one.. after trying to pay with a card I was told would work and putting the agreed amount on it then was told don't accept the card so again asked how much cash I would need went to bank again got cash off showed up and told me it was another 100 for deposit for cash and had just asked them how much I need exactly. Then was directed to another place I was told had a cheaper one. Was actually sent to the wrong location .once I found right location was told they had the uhaul but was actually cost more than the bigger uhaul I was scheduled to have at the beginning..there's no communication from the employees expessilly the one on US52 in Hudson Florida. He told me mutiple things and me mutiple mistakes and went there 3 times to that location befor telling me go to tge wrong location. His lack of experience and no commen sence made me a day late and had to leave some of my belongings and am very unhappy and unsatisfied with everyone from uhaul from thier customer service and all 5 places i was sent too..one of the most stressful 2 day experiences iv ever had .

Owner of store made us wait quite a while while he took care of other customers that came in after us. Uhaul rentals were a low priority for him.

Was dispatched over the phone so could not do a walk around. Fuel was lower then contract stated. My reservation was not at one I picked or was I informed about the location being moved.

Quick and easy rental. Was in and out in no time. Did not have a reservation and was still accommodated. Will use again if needed.

Our experience was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. The truck was in good condition. The location is sketchy, but the late closing hour was convenient and we didn’t have any problems during our trip.

Didn’t check in my truck drop off, very short and unfriendly ! I told him I had a few issues with truck felt like transmission was slipping he didn’t care about anything I had to say!
