How U-Haul Reviews WorkUpdate the website. Took over an hour trying to navigate, store owner was of no help. Was charged multiple times for 3 day rental then again charged multiple times for a 1 day extension. Wiped my account of almost $1800. While trying to move.

DEIDRE CNo staff on site, do everything via phone. Hard to hold a phone in both hands and then scan your drivers license. Can't be done. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We ordered for a large uhaul that was cancel to this location. And we ordered a Ln appliance dolly and it wasn't there so we had to drive to another location to get that wasting over an hour. Less than a quarter of a tank of gas which only took us a short distance so we had to first stop and get gas wasting more time. Very bad experience.
Pamela WRun down liquor store in a bad part of town next to a homeless encampment. I did not feel safe here. I drove my an actual U-Haul dealership and I don’t understand why this wasn’t a return option.
