I arranged to return my auto trailer at the Troy road address in Moscow. The uhaul app swapped to another location. I then got about six phone calls between both uhaul locations trying to get me to return a trailer I already returned three days prior. For three days straight, I kept getting calls, I called in to remind the facilities they already had the trailer, they'd say something along the lines of they would take care of it, then I'd get another fucking phone call asking me to return the trailer. All the while, the trailer was sitting in the lot on the site I originally booked to return it. For three days, nobody was intelligent enough to walk outside and look for the trailer on the site I arranged to drop it off. I'm never using the Troy road uhaul again. They didn't even have to do anything, all they needed to do was check the trailer in, but they falsely reported that it hadn't been. It took a supervisor from across town to drive over and check their inventory for them. Uhaul shouldn't partner with this neighborhood dealer. The address is 219 Troy road in Moscow Idaho and I'm fully expecting to get another call tomorrow asking me to return the trailer, even though my transaction is closed out.

The staff in the store DID NOT know how to use the UHaul app or the documents for uhaul..O would not recommend this store to anyone..uhaul should not be put into a smoke/Vape
James DHaving an onsite manager of a vape shop hand their personal cell phone over to me and telling me to give my personal information to their nephew on the other end is far less than professional. There was much more that went wrong here, but I will leave it at that.
