The location was a skanky, shabby, disgusting vape and hookah shop that sold drug paraphernalia. The person working the location was an untrained teenager who appeared to be stoned and who offered no help and did not know how to complete a rental agreement. I ended up waiting around for 30 minutes until someone else arrived who knew how to hook up the trailer and complete the rental agreement. Horrible and disgusting experience which was made worse by a nice, new, clean and well staffed UHaul store less than a mile away but the UHaul system directed me to this drug shack. Utterly unforgiveable, I will purchase and register a trailer rather than do business with UHaul again.

The trailer was in a spot that was hard to get hooked up and I did not get help hooking up or attaching the trailer. I was quoted online for the trailer $37 and when I picked up the trailer they charged me almost $50. When returning the trailer I was told to park the trailer when I originally got the trailer and the parking spot was very hard to get into and a hazard as the busy road was very close to that parking spot.
Dave HI was charged $80 for being 40 mins late to check in because he said he would show me how to get my car off the auto transport dolly but he got busy because he was the only employee and this is a vape shop and he never came out, my kid had to guide me.
Karla TI was charged a $25 cleaning fee for using a truck for a few hours and moved a couple large items. It was exactly as I picked up.
JAY MThe guy who was working had no clue what he was doing, we were charged for things we explicitly said we didn’t want and were charged for gas even though we returned the truck with a full tank. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
