I initially reserved for an office in Pasadena and then I was told to pick up in a completely different location without much help to access the equipment. I received confusing and differing instructions from two different people (who I had to reach out to for the access codes, they did not contact me first) The locks were difficult to unlock and no one was on site to help. Very poor help
