Our original booking location contacted us the day of pick up to tell us that the vehicle was unavailable and they could only supply us with a cube van. We said that was unacceptable. They called us back and were able to locate a pick up for us when we went to an alternate location where we had to enter a convenience store with a shopkeeper who was holding a key. The car was dirty, actually disgusting, we had problems with the oil gauge, we had to put 2 quarts of oil, the windows were filthy, there was candy melted throughout the vehicle. The oil pressure kept fluctuating, and we added oil, it was overall a horrible experience. We contacted Frankie, the manager, who was very responsive, however, repeated that he would report this to Management. I would not rent from this location again nor would I recommend it to anyone nor would I give this a good review. In all of my years of rentals this has got to be the absolute worst. We returned the vehicle early as it was too stressful to continue operating. K Geary

Ryan AToday I was at your agency. I noticed that my bank card was charged twice ($61 and $55). You then deducted $25. I had booked the car from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. When I picked up your car (a Chevrolet 4x4), we found that we couldn't start it because it was stuck in the ice. We reported this incident. We had to call the manager's brothers for help. We lost time because it was difficult to get the car out. You can check your security cameras. We wasted over 30 minutes. We were dissatisfied with your service in this regard. And then I had to contact your manager to inform him. This caused us a lot of delays.
