When I went online to check the uhaul vehicle back in,the website was acting up. I believe this needs to be looked into so no one will be charged anything extra. Other than that, I have no complaints about the rental. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

Robert L.Make sure the trucks are serviced properly. The oil light came on time I cranked it up. So when I checked the oil it was barely touching the stick. The cap for the oil where the oil is added was missing. I tried to cover it with a rubber band and cloth. The parts store didn't have one. I went and bought 3quarts and added that. Got it up in the safe zone. The transmission fluid level was at the minimum mark a proper service should help that situation out. First time I ever rented a u haul. Customer service was awesome and other than the truck needing to be serviced I would definitely rent from there again.
BARRY B.I picked up the truck with a quarter tank of gas and dropped it off with a quarter tank of gas and you guys still charged me 137.00 dollars for gas. I would not recommend uHaul to anyone.

LEON E.The windshield wiper was disastrous when we started out. It was so bad that you couldn't see thru the window at all ... it looked like it had been shreddedd. Something like that should be checked on all trucks before they are taken out. Other than that, the rest of the equipment had not been cleaned as we found a used sports drinking bottle right on the back of the seat, and some stuff on the floor. As for the maintenance of equipment, all I can say is that we did not have any equipment malfunctions going to Maryland or coming back. Just thank goodness we went back to where we had rented this vehicle, and they were able to take a wiper blade off another truck. That one worked fine. Thank you ...

WALLACE D.We got 3 hours from home it was almost dark. Pulled over to take a break. We realized there were no running lights on the trailer. We called the er uhaul number. After the technician finally came. He couldn't fix the lights. If the rental place in Blackshear had checked this. We wouldn't have been stranded for 51/2 hrs on the side of the road. It was HORRIBLE. It threw our time off for the whole trip. All because the rental place dogs not check our lights.

Didn't bother me personally but I was questioned about it when I turned it in at another location. I didn't like feeling responsible for it being dirty.
