Staff was very friendly and helpful but the storage is infested with mice. A lot of my items were chewed up. My boxes were full of mice poop and urine. I was not offered nor given any reimbursement for all the things that had to be thrown away. I chose climate control units because i thought that it would help my things to stay in good shape so I didn’t mind paying a little extra.
