Never again will I use U-Haul. This location was 108 miles away from my reserved location. I made my reservation 12 days in advance and Uhaul couldn't be bothered to tell me that they wouldn't move a truck to my location before the day that I needed it. This is beyond unacceptable. I had to pay out of pocket for a 216 mile round trip plus the extra fuel for the truck without any discount or even an apology for failing to meet the rental obligations. In addition the pick up location was unlighted and the truck was parked in a spot where it was almost impossible to take the pre pick up photos. I will never use Uhaul again and I will tell anyone who asks that Uhaul is not a reputable business and should be avoided at all costs.
David OU-Haul should not charge a higher price for the toy hauler trailer then the normal car trailer flat bed it just about the same minus the nice ramps on toy trailer however the store in Bethany mo was nice a customer service was good in the shop

Doris mPut Air Ride on these bigger trucks due to the heavier suspension. My goodness you couldn't even hold a half full Styrofoam conveinance store cup of coffee with the rough ride of this trk. With out even mentioning what it done to the house hold items in the box. I know you will say we didn't pack correctly, but I'm telling you that the way to overcome the the rough ride would be to lay 4" foam on the floor, sidewalls, Grandma's attic and front wall and ratchet strap every few feet of cargo. Then driving back to return the empty truck was murder in the first degree. My upper back muscles and my lower back has bothered me now for 6 days and I'm thinking of getting a full body messasge & chiropractic adjustment. I know this review will not be listed but it is my honest opinion! 😔
patricia bAdd a tag on the side of the truck, just above the gas tank filler tube, that states the tank capacity of this particular truck. That would be very helpful in knowing what to expect when adding fuel.

darren dThis uhaul dealer needs to clean up their building and the bathroom is an embarasment . I am a uhaul dealer and was ignored when i asked for extra miles or a better rate adealer like this gives uhaul a very bad name and image !

Richard RTruck made a noise at pickup. Agent dismissed issue. Vehicle u- joint on drive train broke a mile after truck was loaded. Same Agent very helpful with towing and providing a second smaller truck. 2nd truck had an issue with ramp latching properly. . [redacted]
