I wanted this car hauler Bc it had trailer brakes. Well after a drove for a bit there were no trailer brakes at all or even sometimes felt like they were locking up I checked the fluid level there was nothing in it filled it up worked for a bit then it was dry again. Brakes on my truck were smoking by the time I got home so there goes 400$ at least also right blinker did not work.Cody R.

I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience. I â€˜reserved' a rental over a month in advance at a specific location only to find that I'd have to drive a 2 hour round trip to get a truck, then 2 hours again to go back for my personal vehicle. The initial reservation call didn't warn me about the possibility of not getting a rental at the location I requested, nor did they explain to me that my â€˜reservation' wouldn't be confirmed or locked in until 24-48 hours prior to my rental date. For someone who lives alone, this whole process was incredibly stressful and time consuming. Not at all impressed, and I'd absolutely recommend people shop around before agreeing to this asinine process. The actual service the location provided me was adequate and the staff person was pleasant and at least understood my frustration, but there was nothing they could have done to improve my overall experience.Drake S.

When I picked up the tow dolly the lights didn't work. The owner checked them out and plugged them in and said you're legal. Told me to stop at another dealer to swap or get fixed. Stopped at one of your service shops and 4 hours latter I left with lights workingSHAWEN C.

There was no one there nor did they answer the advertised phone number. I was truly concerned that my drop off could be stolen but since I had all the photographs I figured I was safe.Randy M.
I was told that I had to pay cash for my deposit and they would give me cash back when I dropped it off. When I dropped it off she said no they don't give cash and it would be 6 to 8 weeks before getting my deposit back.katrina R.

The drop off was horrible service as I arrived before turn in time only to find the location closed before 2pm on a Wednesday. No one to assist a single female with unhooking a trailer or other duties. No clear parking area.Brandi K.

I didn't understand why I had to drive 25 miles south to Bethany when there was a U Haul drop off location in Lamoni where we unloaded. I did like the mobile return option.KAREN R.

I reserved a 6' x 12' enclosed trailer, however the day I was leaving to pick it up, I was called to find another trailer that would work because they wouldn't have one in the size until after the time I needed it. If a trailer will not be available, you must communicate that as soon as possible. I ended up settling for a 5' x 8' enclosed trailer which made the moving significantly more expensive when you add in the 45 miles one way trip that now had to be made multiple times. For this inconvenience on short notice, no discount was given. Also, when the trailer was hooked up for me, lights were not hooked up. The U-Haul trailer was outdated and I did not have an adapter. The response when we discovered this was "Well, you should be fine. Just don't drive at night." When I ask if I would get stopped by law enforcement, the the response was "You shouldn't." This was not a good experience.Sean T.
