This uhaul dealer needs to clean up their building and the bathroom is an embarasment . I am a uhaul dealer and was ignored when i asked for extra miles or a better rate adealer like this gives uhaul a very bad name and image !

Truck made a noise at pickup. Agent dismissed issue. Vehicle u- joint on drive train broke a mile after truck was loaded.
Same Agent very helpful with towing and providing a second smaller truck.
2nd truck had an issue with ramp latching properly.

Day 2 of trying to get confirmation on my return.. Nobody was at the drop off location, couldn’t get an answer on any of the numbers provided.. Call The store number again today and a very rude and irritable lady picked up the phone just to say, “he ain’t here, call back later.. And hung up before I could explain the situation.. I dropped off a trailer before and with 3 individuals working in the little garage, nobody assisted in dropping off the trailer, individual was rude then also, barking an order at me as to where he specifically wanted it parked…

I just had moved to the area, didn't really know where anything was. Called U-Haul and had them check it around for a location that would have a enclosed or even an open trailer that I could use for the day. Hillcrest was the only location that has one. Only one but they had one. Super nice people. Will definitely be using them again.
