Be more communicative about one way location equipment rentals. Had to drive 40 mins round trip for closest location for a one way rental after booking online at much closer location to my home. Only given 24 hour notice about pick up location change.Anthony I.

Give yourself extra time because the employee talks to you about random stuff for an hour of your rental time. Also half of the lights on the trailer don't work. As the guy there says he fixed it. Yeahâ€¦. Not so much.Collin K.

Pick up location was 45 min away from Milwaukee. The â€œofficeâ€ was the back of some guys poll building. It was not well marked and I felt like I was trespassing trying to find someone to talk to. It took 45 minutes to finally get the trailer because the guy said they booked two pick ups at the same time. Having another employee, managing appointment times and better signage would have improved the experience.ROSS B.
