VICTOR TNot who I booked with originally and U-Haul is not transparent on charging to for the miles on top of the daily rate. When you need something in a pinch it’s misleading to see just a daily rate and then a hefty bill.

CRAIG JI made the reservation a few days in advance. I pre-checked in using the app. All looked good. I arrive to pick up the truck and the app says they don’t have the equipment (truck) that I had reserved. I called customer service and they offered a smaller truck. Definitely not what we needed but it was our only option.

barry bI checked out the truck on the app. It did not ask me to input the starting odometer reading unlike other times I have used u-haul. The guy working there checked the truck in after I returned. Supposedly I drove 114 miles, however I mapped my trip and it should have only been 55-60 miles at most. So I paid a lot for miles I did not drive.
