At first the lights didn't work, but to be fair that could have been either my adapter or the trailer, the truck tested fine on site. Then we got a flat tire on the trailer, but Uhaul had a contractor out there in 60 minutes to replace the tire. It wasn't bad.

Red dye on the bottom of the entire truck. Got all over shoes/furniture/boxes. No dolly or furniture pads provided as requested. Absolutely zero instructions how to enter facility, gate wouldn’t open for entrance or exit, had to basically jump the gate. Phone call to storage facility did not pick up through multiple attempts.
