I was sent to a location further away and also given a larger truck. I was already nervous driving from NB to ON in on let alone a larger vehicle. The time, location of pickup was not at all even tho my reservation was in two weeks early. I also had a tire issue as it was missing a chunk as did the windshield have a crack no one notices till after. . the tire repair set my trip back 5 hrs and as a single mom and two kids this was not welcomed at all. Even tho there was a discount for the travel to pick up the truck. I don't feel it is up to uhaul to decide what i drive. The tire was in very bad shape. We are lucky we saw it and did not cause an accident. The steel was exposed. There was no follow up after the repair. I had rented uhaul few times and this was by far my worst experience. Reserving a vehicle to drive far distances should not be changed on. People with such last minute notice. Let alone the tire damage I was sent on the road in.

To pick up the trailer around 300klm both ways is not acceptable where you do the booking on Charlottetown PE

No furniture pads available but given a credit. The truck had no straps but thankfully brought our own.

She was 15 minutes late arriving to rent the truck and when I asked about the mileage she said couldn't check but 10 minutes later I got my bill.
