Kent Wyou know what you could do. The only reason I applied for a business account was because I was trying to get into my Personal account because I had Reserved a trailer to help my girlfriend move with my truck and when we showed up for the trailer, there was a hold on my account from corporate U-Haul while I tried to get in touch with somebody there unsuccessfully for quite a while my girlfriend rented the trailer under her name and her account. I was the one driving my truck towing her trailer, which I knew was going to be an issue, which is why I rented my own trailer under my account come to find out that there is no hold on my account and after waiting for quite a while and delaying our move the nice lady on the other end, confirmed that the hold that wasn’t really a hold was removed from my account. Well, as I was driving, it became a parent that it was quite a large issue that the trailer was under the account of my girlfriend’s name therefore she was financially responsible and supposed to say between much to do about nothing. A couple hours later I returned to the same U-Haul returning her trailer under her account, renting the same trailer under my account spending another $60 and none of this would’ve happened if the nonexistent hold on my account had not been there so yeah what you could do. Don’t worry about a corporate account. See if someone can reimburse my 60 bucks thanks.

Kristopher CIf you need a uhaul in ATX I highly recommend this location. They are incredibly friendly and easy to work with and don't treat their customers like a number. I felt truly taken care of and they made sure I had everything I needed before I left with uhaul and when I returned it. We had fun meaningful conversation throughout my entire visit and experience with them while they got me set up. I felt like i was visiting a long lost friend! I was so happy they were able to help me get a cargo van on the road while I was there since I thought I had already completed a reservation online and it turns out it never went through. Instead of turning me away or telling me to try it again, they got me taken care of right then and there! Keep up the awesome care I your business and with your customers y'all. This will be my go to location from now on as long as I live in the 512 and I'll keep recommending you to others!

DeMarco MThe owner of Hitt Da Spott and regional manager Jason P. were so kind and helpful despite having really annoying gift certificate issues so I truly appreciate them. The truck itself was nice and new and clean. Pickup and drop off definitely would have been much easier if not for the gift certificate issues so I can’t fault them on that of course. Overall, would rent from Uhaul and this location specifically again.
