This location should keep to local rates for open trailer rentals! I rented a motorcycle trailer a month ago from another location within 25 miles for $14.95 for the day. Hoggs OVER CHARGED ME $24.95 THE SAME PRICE FOR THE LARGER OPEN TRAILER! ITS WRONG MAKING MONEY OFF PEOPLE LIKE THAT! I PERSONALLY WOULD RATHER INCONVENIENCE MYSELF THEN GET USED AND RIPPED OFF BY THIS FAMILY CO AGAIN! WATCH AND COMPARE PRICES PEOPLE! I RENTED A MOTORCYCLE TRAILER!!!!🤔😤😡JANET K.

Certify that vehicle is road- worthy and tested. The truck was clean and had great power, but tires were unsafe. Shocks were inadequate and truck shimmied and bounced on the highways.John S.

Alexis from Hogg Super Storage went out of her way to help us when we had an issue with our truck hitch. As a result we were able to complete the job at hand instead of having to reschedule. Wasn't thrilled to see the tail lights on my camper had both been shattered while in storage. Someone clearly backed into the camper. Not blaming the facility for that. It is the only storage facility that I've seen that doesn't have a working gate or even a fence around the property.Todd K. | Overall Experience

Made a reservation to pick up trailer at 9, that morning had to get lounge fixed for lights so was running late, got a call at 9:30 asking if I want to cancel, I told him no I'm running behind, get another call at 10:45 again regional manager asking if I want to cancel and change days, I say no I'm 10 min away I have plans and I need the trailer hence the reservation. Get there and the older man had a bunch of computer issues trying to do contract, had me swipe my card 5 times and still nothing, he calls in manager for help, now 20 minutes later that I've been there he comes in clicks something tell me to insert my card, IDK if I rolled my eyes or not but I was there a long time but he immediately starts yelling at me staying if you have an attitude get out of my place I'm not revving to you, me having domestic violence issues get defensive and I said what the fuck is your issue, he the goes now your swearing at me you can leave I'm not renting you anything, I said I'm swearing because you're screaming at me as a customer. He still continued to treat me like shit until my nephew asked him to calm down and just put the rectal thru. When we were outside hooking up with help from the older man who was so polite the manager sat diving another trailer just staring at me trying to intimidate me. I believe he needed the trailer for someone else and with the calls before I got there then how he treated me there I do believe he needed that trailer and was trying to get me to not rent it. His name was Matt in Angola and now that my move is done I'm calling corporate to have the cameras pulled and I have my call record of him calling from his personal phone which I don't think should be happening, 9am is an estimate pick up time they shouldn't call every 30 min harassing you as to when you'll be there when I was only 2 hours late. I'm very unhappy with u haul and this regional manager especially when I rent very often.Jessica G.

Guy was very rude when dropping off. I dropped vh off at 1230 pm it wasn't checked in to 430, I told him about the dolly I was never giving and rudly stated well u should have grapped one when u rented the uhal I didn't even rent the uhaul from this place, the person was not at the desk we waited 10 minutes then he finally came out of no where claiming he was in the bathroom,Robert P.

The iPhone app to check my rented trailer back in was useless. Would not let me move forward without submitting fuel, mileage, etc. Even submitting bogus data would not let me continue. Wasted half an hour on the phone trying to confirm that it was returned and that I wouldn't be charged for additional days.Andrew W.

My issue is with uhaul customer service that quoted me a price then charged me out of town prices after making me wait 3 hours for a responseJESSICA G.

Dean and his daughter were wonderful. The truck and dolly however was a large safety hazard! The passenger tail light on the dolly fell out of its socket. Not being able to see the signal on a large trucks dolly was dangerous for my husband and passenger safety and for the safety of other drivers. Another hazard, was the air conditioner did not work! It blew hot air! This was severely unsafe as we were traveling in 90+ degree weather! My husband and passenger were soaked with sweat! Besides being severely uncomfortable, they could have passed out from heat exhaustion! We will never use uhaul again, as your competitor Penske, warned us your scheduling and trucks would be in severe disarray. They were correct! We will always recommend Penske! The uhaul brand should be ashamed of the condition of their vehicles.Mark G.

Issues with transmission throughout trip Everytime brakes were applied trucks engine would idle up causing me to continually having to put truck in neutral in order to safely stop.
